Remote ICC profiling Epson SureLab D3000

This time we have done the work for our customer Kuvaamo Erja Ky (Professional PhotoStudio and PhotoLab) from Finland. It was a remote profiling job for the Epson SureLab D3000 device. We have prepared ICC profiles for Epson and Tecco printing paper. While preparing the ICC profiles we’ve obtained the following statistical values: dE max <2.50 and dE aver. <0.60 (for both kinds of tested printed media).  These results demonstrate the correctness of the profiling process.

Our ICC profiles in the Order Controler (EPSON) software greatly improved color and B&W printing reproduction. Now the printouts on the Epson and Tecco papers are same, without the need the additional settings in Order Controller. The only job for the Order Controller operator is to enter only minor visual fixes to correct printed pictures.

The dedicated ICC profiles for Epson SureLab D3000 device improve print quality, shorten image processing time, and reduce quanity of the test printouts.
